About Extra Virgin Olive Oil
EVOO is obtained directly from olives by mechanical means, with a positive fruitiness and no sensory defects. It's the grade most commonly requested for both bulk supply and branded/packaged retail formats, including private-label programs where supplier capability supports it.
Indicative specification
Free Fatty Acids ≤ 0.8%; Peroxide Value ≤ 20. UV absorption (K232, K270 and ΔK) is assessed where applicable. Polyphenol content, when requested, is treated as additional product information rather than a universal legal category requirement. These are reference points — the applicable specification for your order is confirmed against the batch's Certificate of Analysis before shipment.
Bulk and packaged formats
Bulk: 1,000 L IBC totes, flexitank and ISO tank containers. Packaged: bottled formats from 250 ml to 5 L, subject to supplier capability and order volume. Private-label packaging (your own bottle, label and pack size) is one of the supply-format options available through our RFQ process, confirmed per supplier capability and order requirements.
