Private-label olive oil supply

Private-label packaging — your own pack size and packaging material — coordinated with Spanish cooperatives and mills, confirmed per supplier capability and order requirements.

Private label is one of the supply-format options in our RFQ process for bottled/packaged olive oil, alongside standard bottled retail supply. This page summarizes how it works; it doesn't assert a specific minimum order size, printing/artwork service or existing private-label client list — those specifics are confirmed per opportunity, not published generically here.

What private label means here

Rather than standard bottled retail packaging, private label means the product is packaged to your specification — your own pack size and packaging material — where supplier capability supports it. This applies to grades and formats where bottled/packaged supply already exists (see our Products page), most commonly Extra Virgin and Virgin Olive Oil.

Product specification still applies

Private-label packaging is a format decision, not a change to the underlying product specification — the oil itself is still confirmed against the agreed grade specification and batch Certificate of Analysis, exactly as it would be for any other order of that grade.

Pack size and packaging material

Typical pack sizes: 250 ml, 500 ml, 750 ml, 1 L, 2 L and 5 L. Typical packaging materials: glass, PET, tin, or bag-in-box. Availability of a specific size/material combination is confirmed per supplier capability and order volume — not every combination is available from every supplier.

What we need to scope an order

Grade required, estimated quantity, preferred pack size and packaging material, and destination country. If you already have label/artwork requirements or specific regulatory labelling needs for your destination market, flagging these early helps us confirm the right supplier match.

How a private-label enquiry moves forward

Submit your requirements through our RFQ form, selecting "Private label" as your supply format. We match your grade, pack size, packaging material, volume and destination against suppliers with suitable private-label capability, then return matched offers with commercial terms and supporting documentation for your review.

Documentation available

The same documentation set applies as for any shipment of the underlying grade — Certificate of Analysis, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and sanitary/phytosanitary certificates where required. Label compliance for your destination market remains your responsibility to confirm, though we can flag known requirements where relevant.

Delivery considerations

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP available depending on route and agreed quotation. Lead time for private-label orders typically depends on packaging-line availability in addition to the usual product-availability and documentation factors, and is confirmed per shipment once your order is scoped.
