Bulk supply is the starting point for most importer and distributor enquiries we receive: a grade, an approximate volume, and a destination. Which grade do you need?
We source four olive-oil grades in bulk: Extra Virgin and Virgin (mechanically obtained, batch-specified), Refined (specification confirmed per batch, typically the format for large-volume neutral-profile supply), and Olive-Pomace Oil (crude, refined, or blended, confirmed per batch). If you're not yet sure which grade fits your use case, our RFQ form has a "not sure / need advice" option and our team can help narrow it down.
Specifications, confirmed per batch
Applicable chemical parameters (free fatty acids, peroxide value, UV absorption where relevant) and sensory profile are confirmed against the agreed specification and the batch's Certificate of Analysis before shipment — not asserted generically in advance. Bulk supply formats
Typical bulk formats include 1,000 L IBC totes, flexitanks (typical capacity up to approximately 24,000 L, subject to loading plan and carrier requirements), and ISO tank containers, loaded as full or partial container quantities. Format availability depends on the grade, supplier capability, route and destination-port handling requirements.
What we need to scope an order
At minimum: the grade (or grades) required, an estimated quantity and unit, and a destination country. Everything else — production requirement (organic/conventional), delivery timeframe, order type (one-off, recurring or trial), preferred Incoterm and target price — helps us match faster but isn't required to get started.
How a bulk enquiry moves forward
You submit your specification through our RFQ form. We compare it against suitable cooperatives and mills in our supplier network and come back with matched offers, each including the available specification, commercial terms and supporting documentation. Once you confirm, we coordinate the applicable documentation and logistics through to your agreed Incoterm and destination.

Depending on the product, destination and agreed Incoterm: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis, sanitary/phytosanitary certificates where required, and the relevant transport document (CMR, Bill of Lading or Air Waybill). Delivery considerations
Incoterms EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP are available depending on the route and agreed quotation. Lead time is confirmed per shipment — it depends on product availability, supplier preparation, supply format, documentation and the agreed loading location, most commonly routed via Algeciras.
